The new key fashion look is white!

Today’s fashion is all about dashes of color and nautical patterns. So why would I be talking about a drab color like white? Well, adding white to the mix of your colorful look will make you look less shocking and very much more easy on the eyes. The latest designers have been mixing white in their fashion shows to give off that light airy feeling of spring and summer.

White has replaced black, which was last fall and winter’s hot hue. The trend was ignited after it appeared so much in the 2006 spring and summer collections of such designers like Prada, Valentino and Yves Saint Laurent, which were shown in Milan and Paris in the fall of 2005, as a kind of message to break the black trend.

For an example as to adding this color to your personal style, choose a brightly colored top with white pants or skirt will make you look presentable anywhere you go. Neutral colors would also go great with white, giving you an angelic trendsetter appearence. In many people’s opinions no fashionable closet is complete with a white shirt, smock or dress. If you’re one to think you don’t look so hot in white, why not try a white mini handbag or clutch to go with your style? It would give off the same feeling as if you were wearing white without making you feel uncomfortable.

I suggest you try any of those white options, you won’t look the least bit dull this season.
