Armani Does Drama

Designer Giorgio Armani has presented a drama-filled collection which good friend Cate Blanchett, has apparently fallen in love with.
Armani Privé came in the form of oversized ruffles, poufy bubble hems, large stand-up collars, fuzzy feathers, overly tiered skirts, all featuring dramatic embellishments. Armani is notorious for avoiding the over use of accessories in his shows. However, perhaps the designer is experimenting with a change in direction as this collection was certainly an exception to his rule. Chunky bangles, big clutches, beaded necklaces, and jewel encrusted belts enhanced the drama of the show and displayed quite a different element of creative talent.
